At American Electrical Innovations we modernize electrical workforce training through structured, high-quality Registered Apprenticeship Related Instruction delivered via advanced virtual learning platforms. Our programs provide comprehensive, accessible instruction for first- through fourth-year electrical apprentices, aligned with industry standards and approved apprenticeship frameworks.
Our mission is to supplement on-the-job learning by delivering nationally recognized curriculum, including Mike Holt educational materials, that reinforces code knowledge, safety practices, and technical theory essential to professional growth in the electrical industry.
Through instructor-led coursework, structured assessments, and state-of-the-art digital resources, we support apprentices in building the knowledge and competency required for long-term success. Our training is designed to complement employer-based apprenticeship programs and prepare participants for the evolving demands of today’s electrical workforce.
OUR PRODUCTS
American Electrical Innovations provides a comprehensive suite of online electrical training programs designed to support the progression of electrical apprentices and licensed professionals throughout all phases of their development.
Registered Apprenticeship Related Instruction (Years 1–4):
Our structured related instruction programs support all four years of electrical apprenticeship training, reinforcing code knowledge, safety practices, and technical theory that complement employer-based on-the-job learning. Instruction is delivered through instructor-led coursework and nationally recognized curriculum.
Exam & License Preparation:
We offer focused preparation courses to support participants pursuing journeyman and other industry examinations. These courses are designed to reinforce exam-relevant content, testing formats, and critical code concepts.
Continuing Education (CE):
Our continuing education offerings support licensed electricians in maintaining compliance with renewal requirements and staying current with evolving electrical codes, safety standards, and industry technologies.
All instruction is delivered using modern digital learning tools that promote engagement, accountability, and instructor interaction while allowing participants to balance training with work commitments.
OUR TEAM
