IMPORTANT INFORMATION

course format

• Approximately 12–14 hours of virtual/online coursework every two weeks over an 18-week instructional period
• Weeks 19 and 20 are dedicated to course review and final assessment
• Mandatory bi-weekly 4-hour Zoom sessions, including lectures, guided labs, Q&A, quizzes, reviews, and special topic instruction

This format is designed to provide motivated participants with flexibility while maintaining clear expectations and accountability. Coursework may be completed on a flexible schedule, provided required milestones are met and all mandatory Zoom sessions are attended. This approach is well suited for individuals balancing full-time work and personal or family commitments.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At American Electrical Innovations Ltd., we are committed to delivering a high-quality educational experience. We recognize, however, that circumstances may arise requiring a student to cancel enrollment. Our return and cancellation policy is outlined below.

Cancellation Prior to Course Start Date

  • Cancellations submitted more than 30 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid.
  • Cancellations submitted within 30 days of the course start date are eligible for a 25% refund of tuition paid.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our administrative office. The date the request is received will be considered the official cancellation date.

Cancellation After Course Start Date

  • No refunds will be issued once the course has begun.

No Refunds After Curriculum Progress Begins

  • Once a student has accessed or begun curriculum materials, no refunds will be granted, regardless of progress level.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • All textbooks, learning materials, tools, and supplies are non-refundable.
  • Application fees and registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Special Circumstances

  • In the event of documented emergencies or exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the administration.
